Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. To ensure your peace of mind, we've established a 60-day Returns and Refunds Policy.

In the event that a product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we are committed to providing a 100% refund. This policy covers a 60-day period from the date of receiving the item.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the item remains unopened, unused, and undamaged, and be sure to include proof of purchase.

To start the return process, kindly reach out to us via email at [email protected], using 'Returns' as the subject. Please include your order number, your name, and the reason for the return.

Our dedicated team will guide you on where to send the returned items. Please keep in mind that the return address is situated within the United States. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items to prevent any potential issues related to lost packages.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned items, and we do not currently provide return labels.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email with updates on the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and the refunded amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method or credit card.
