Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. To ensure peace of mind, we have established a 60-day Returns and Refunds Policy.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If a product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we are committed to providing a 100% refund. This policy covers a 60-day period from the date of receiving the item.

Change of Mind Returns:

For returns due to a change of mind, please note that these are subject to review and approval. We kindly ask that you contact us, and our team will assess the request to determine if the return can be processed.

Return Conditions:

To initiate a return, the item must remain unopened, unused, and undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

Returns made without our prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return:

To begin the return process, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line ‘Returns’. Be sure to include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you on where to send the returned items.

Please note, our return facility is located in the United States, and customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned items. We currently do not provide return labels. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage to avoid any potential issues with lost packages.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email with an update on the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
